The boulder brain coral is known to look somewhat like a brain due to its ridges. It is predominantly found in the Gulf of Mexico in coral reefs. The boulder brain coral just like the fire coral has no brain. It communicates through neurons that pass throughout the coral and pass any information from neuron to neuron.
